MOTO GUZZI V85 TT

Simplicity of form, together with riding ease and convenience are the key elements which make the V85 TT unique whilst its design and style speak the language of free spirits who are longing to leave miles of tarmac in their wake.

The V85 TT seamlessly mixes the great classic styles of the off-road world with advanced technological elements such as the digital instrument cluster and full LED lighting.

The DRLs on the front headlamp are proudly adorned with a clearly delineated silhouette of the celebrated Moto Guzzi eagle.

With no fairing whatsoever, the V85 TT has instead a smoked plexiglass windshield and a pair of handguards that make it a true all-season bike, ready to set off on adventure whenever the mood takes you.

The high resistance steel tubular frame delivers superb riding stability whilst the chassis takes care of the rest. Wheel travel equal to 170 mm, a braking unit controlled by a multimap Continental ABS system and spoked wheels accommodating tyres of 17” up front and 19” at the rear. This is a combination of elements which truly underlines the V85 TT’s versatile personality and ease of handling on the go. And, as if all that weren’t enough, it’s the only bike in its segment to use shaft drive transmission, superior to a chain drive because it makes no mess and requires no maintenance.

Let’s talk about the star of the show: the air-cooled 90° transverse V twin with OHV distribution and two valves per cylinder, the pride and tradition of the Mandello Eagle. Its 853-cc capacity and use of materials such as titanium, more commonly seen on race bikes, give the V85 TT an even more exuberant and ferocious character.

Once you’ve donned a helmet and gloves and cleared your mind, all that remains is to lift your feet from the ground and enjoy the journey, which is why the V85 TT offers three different driving modes:

  • Road: a smooth ride for sheer enjoyment

  • Rain: for when the road lacks grip and you want that extra sense of safety

  • Off-road: when you want to push it to the maximum and get that off-road performance

The V85 TT is in it for the long haul. Its fuel tank capacity of over 23 litres is the largest in its category, meaning it will keep up with the demands of even the most ardent long-distance traveller.

The riding ease of the V85 TT also extends to the trip instrument panel. Semi-concealed behind the handguards, all commands are easily accessible whilst the Cruise Control system can be activated with a single button which also allows you to reduce or increase your set speed. Maintaining a constant speed on those long motorway stretches has never been easier, so you can simply focus on enjoying the ride.

Tradition may be at the heart of this bike but that doesn’t mean neglecting the future. The TFT 4.3” digital display, with exceptional luminosity and elevated definition, reports all necessary information during a trip and high-performance technology and on-the-road connectivity extend the standard instrument functionality to enable you to enjoy music, make and receive calls, use a navigator and more. This comes in the form of MOTO GUZZI MIA, the multimedia platform which allows you to connect your Smartphone to the bike via an ECU available from the Moto Guzzi accessories catalogue.

With a range of original accessories designed, developed and produced by Moto Guzzi, you can customise your V85 TT to make it uniquely yours. Because whatever the type of trip you are about to set off on, the V85 TT will transform it into your very own extraordinary and memorable adventure.

The Special Graphics version stands out because of its red painted frame, the double coated components and the Skai Perforated Suede effect saddle that includes the Moto Guzzi logo stitched with grey thread using double needle sewing. It also mounts more profiled tyres for an off-road look, the fork protection is also in the same colour as the fuel tank.
